With a field network of over 250 staff, GVI have been one of the biggest ground operators of volunteer programs in the world for more than a decade. GVI offers a range of volunteer opportunities abroad, including projects, expeditions, courses, internship trainee schemes and relevant BTEC qualifications. Focusing on more than 150 critical humanitarian and conservation projects worldwide, GVI provides support, promotion and direct funding to local partners in 40 countries to create and assist in sustainable development. Gain experience from GVI in volunteer field operations in some of the most remote parts of the world, from marine and terrestrial conservation in Africa and Mexico to community projects throughout Latin America and Asia. Project lengths vary from one week to a year in duration and there is the opportunity to volunteer all year-round.
